Limited Liability

  1. Limited Liability: Lang Design, Inc. (the business) states that the business is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during the repair process or as a result of the repaired audio equipment.
  2. Indemnification: Customer agree to hold the business harmless from any claims, damages, or legal action arising from the repairs.
  3. Jurisdiction: Lang Design, Inc, specify the jurisdiction of the State of Delaware, where any legal disputes between the customer and the  business will be resolved.
